Executive Chef & Owner at Nazira Catering

Cynthia decided to specialize in culinary arts as cooking was always her passion. She enrolled for four years at Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, during which she had the chance to undertake numerous internships with top leading culinary industries in France such as Fauchon.

After graduating in 1999, Cynthia decided to come back to Lebanon and take Nazira Catering to a whole new level. She has been the executive chef of Nazira Catering since then and regularly attends workshops abroad to master new techniques, ensuring that the company continues evolving.
