Chady Karam passionate for pastry from his early ages took courses at “Le Notre Et Valhrona Paris”
At the age of 18, Chady started his career at Le Vendome Intercontinental Hotel where he was mentored by chef Charles Azar the best pastry chef in Beirut.
 In 2008 he worked as a pastry chef in charge of the “entremets” section in one of the top 100 “Canelle pastry shop Beirut” in the world. In March 2010, he moved to four seasons hotel Beirut. 2 years later, he joined chef Yannick Alleno 3 star Michelin chef as a sous chef in the pre-opening of his restaurant and the “salon du Thé”.
In March 2013, in collaboration with chef Charles Azar, Chady Karam opened “La Maison Chocolatine by Rana Arayssi “.
Today he works as head group pastry chef in SP Food S.A.R.L
