Kamil Bouloot is a results-oriented chef/restaurateur with over 26 years of hands-on food service and production experience. He has worked for numerous hospitality establishments, including upscale catering facilities, food service companies and 5-star hotels. He is currently the Corporate executive chef at Ghia Holding in charge of Ahwak Restaurant, Abdel Wahab Restaurant, El Denyeh Hek, Fabrk, Beirut by Grill. In addition, he is the head of culinary arts at Université Saint Joseph. He has also participated in several culinary contests in Lebanon and abroad and has received a number of awards including 1st prize at the 2006 World Championship of the Tuna, Carloforte Isola Di San Pietro (CA) Sardinia, Italy.
